• We ship both domestically and worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping service chosen.
• Domestic in-stock orders with standard shipping typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you. Orders opting for expedited shipping typically deliver within 2-3 business days.
• Handling and processing times for regular, in-stock items typically takes 1-2 days. However handling and processing times during a group buy or preorder fulfillment can sometimes take 5-10 business days. We make every effort to fulfill all orders as fast as possible, but since we are a very small team (just two people) we ask for your patience during times of large order fulfillment.

Group Buys and Preorders

Group buy and preorder items represent a made-to-order contract between us and our customers. We order exactly as many items as needed with the exact configuration or options needed to fulfill orders.

Because of this orders can ONLY be canceled during the sale period. The order will be canceled and a refund will be issued less a 4% transaction fee.

When the group buy or preorder sale ends orders can no longer be canceled and changes to each order cannot be made for any reason.

In Stock Sales

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled before a shipping label has been made. The order will be canceled and a refund will be issued less a 4% transaction fee.

All canceled orders will have a 4% transaction fee deducted from the total refund.
